Speaker Application
We are looking for dynamic speakers to engage and inspire talent attraction professionals from around the country at our upcoming Talent Attraction Summit in Buffalo, NY. This two day event will bring together a diverse group of professionals to explore best practices and new ideas for talent attraction. Our aim is to foster meaningful conversations, actionable insights, and interactive learning experiences.
We're open to other ideas, but topics of interest include employer engagement, internship programs + student retention, sustainable funding, community partnerships, childcare, housing, and navigating federal uncertainty.
Presentation Formats:
- Interactive Workshop: 60-90 minutes, highly engaging with hands-on activities or group discussions.
- Panel Discussion: 45-60 minutes, featuring a moderator and 2-3 panelists.
- Presentation + Q&A: 30-minute presentation followed by a 15 minute audience Q&A.
